By enrolling in our Guitar or Keyboard classes, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-1-enrollment-amp-fees\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Enrollment &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>Registration:<\/strong><br>Enrollment requires submission of complete student\/parent details, including name, contact information, and address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>Trial Class:<\/strong><br>The first session (\u20b9500 fee) is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, but the amount will be <strong>adjusted<\/strong> toward the full enrollment fee if the student continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>Tuition Fees:<\/strong><br>Fees are payable <strong>monthly or quarterly<\/strong> via <strong>cash or online payment<\/strong>.<br>A <strong>late payment fee of \u20b920 per day<\/strong> will apply after 7 days of delay without a valid reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-2-class-policies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Class Policies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-scheduling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u23f0 Scheduling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> is required for rescheduling any class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Missed classes without 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> will be considered <strong>forfeited<\/strong> and will not be compensated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual missed group class can not be covered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-home-tuition-online-tuition\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfe0 Home Tuition \/ Online Tuition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each session will be approximately <strong>50 minutes<\/strong> in duration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teacher\u2019s <strong>travel time from society entry<\/strong> is included within the session duration, limited to a <strong>maximum of 10 minutes<\/strong>.<br>(Example: a 50-minute session = 40 minutes teaching + 10 minutes transit time.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The academy reserves the right to <strong>substitute instructors<\/strong> if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-group-classes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfb5 Group Classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each group session will be approximately <strong>50 minutes<\/strong> long.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Individual missed classes cannot be rescheduled or covered separately.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Occasional extra group sessions<\/strong> may be arranged for collective revision or practice quarterly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a class is <strong>cancelled by the teacher<\/strong>, it will be <strong>rescheduled at a mutually convenient time<\/strong> agreed upon by all group members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-materials\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udfb9 Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students are required to bring their <strong>own instrument<\/strong> (guitar or keyboard) for each session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-3-cancellations-amp-refunds\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd19 <strong>Student Cancellations:<\/strong><br>Fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd04 <strong>Teacher Cancellations:<\/strong><br>If a class is cancelled by the teacher, it will be <strong>rescheduled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270b <strong>Discontinuation:<\/strong><br>A <strong>7-day written notice<\/strong> is required to pause or discontinue classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-4-student-responsibilities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Student Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Practice:<\/strong><br>A minimum of <strong>1 hour of practice per week<\/strong> is recommended for consistent progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Health &amp; Safety:<\/strong><br>Students must inform the instructor of any <strong>physical limitations<\/strong> (e.g., wrist or finger pain) prior to lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u23f1 <strong>Punctuality:<\/strong><br>Students are expected to <strong>attend sessions on time<\/strong>. Delays will <strong>not extend class duration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-5-intellectual-property-amp-media\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property &amp; Media<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcdc <strong>Lesson Materials:<\/strong><br>All lesson materials (sheet music, notes, exercises, etc.) are for <strong>personal learning use only<\/strong> and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcf7 <strong>Media &amp; Promotions:<\/strong><br>Photos or videos of students\u2019 performances may be used for <strong>marketing or promotional purposes<\/strong>, unless the student\/parent opts out in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-6-liability\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\ude91 <strong>Injury &amp; Property:<\/strong><br>Global Sounds Music Academy shall <strong>not be held liable<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any <strong>injury sustained during home practice<\/strong> or outside class hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any <strong>damage to instruments or property<\/strong> during classes, whether at the academy or at the student\u2019s home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-7-privacy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd12 All student data and personal information are protected and handled in accordance with our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gsma.co.in\/noida\/privacy-policy-2\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-8-changes-to-terms\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd04 These Terms &amp; Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be <strong>posted on this page<\/strong>, and continued enrollment constitutes <strong>acceptance of the updated terms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-9-exams\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. <\/strong>Exams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"h-8-exams\">\ud83d\udd04 The Academy arranges examinations in association with various recognized examination bodies, including Trinity College London, ABRSM, LCM, Prayag Sangeet Samiti, and Prachin Kala Kendra.\n\nAll examination fees collected by the Academy are paid directly to the respective examination bodies. Therefore, once the examination fee has been paid and submitted, it is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of cancellation, absence, withdrawal, or any other reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-10-contact\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">10<strong>.
