This Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your enrollment and request a refund for our guitar and keyboard home tutoring services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-1-enrollment-amp-payment\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Enrollment &amp; Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All fees for music classes (guitar, keyboard, or other instruments) are due at the time of enrollment or as per the payment schedule agreed upon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments can be made via [list payment methods: bank transfer, UPI, credit\/debit card, cash, etc.].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A confirmation email\/SMS will be sent upon successful enrollment and payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-2-cancellation-policy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-1-cancellation-by-student-parent\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Cancellation by Student\/Parent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Time of Cancellation<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Refund Eligibility<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Before the first class<\/strong><\/td><td>Full refund (minus any administrative fees, if applicable)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Within 7 days of the first class<\/strong><\/td><td>Prorated refund for unused classes (after deducting classes already attended)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>After 7 days of the first class<\/strong><\/td><td>No refund; however, you may transfer your remaining classes to another student (subject to our approval)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to\u00a0<strong>noida@gsma.co.in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-2-cancellation-by-gsma-noida\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 Cancellation by GSMA Noida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to cancel a student\u2019s enrollment in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-payment of fees beyond the due date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruptive behavior that affects the learning environment of other students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violation of our code of conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-3-refund-policy\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-1-refund-processing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Refund Processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed within\u00a0<strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong>\u00a0from the date of approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be issued using the\u00a0<strong>original payment method<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g., bank transfer, UPI, card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a bank transfer to an account provided by you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-2-non-refundable-items\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Non-Refundable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are&nbsp;<strong>not eligible<\/strong>&nbsp;for a refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration or administrative fees (if separately charged).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any materials (books, sheet music, accessories) already delivered to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classes that have already been attended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-3-3-missed-classes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Missed Classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you miss a scheduled class without prior intimation, that class will\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0be refunded or rescheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you inform us at least\u00a0<strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the class (subject to tutor availability). Rescheduled classes do not qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-4-class-rescheduling\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Class Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that schedules can change. Please note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rescheduling requests must be made at least\u00a0<strong>24 hours<\/strong>\u00a0in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will accommodate rescheduling based on tutor availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated rescheduling (more than [3] times per month) may result in the forfeiture of the rescheduling privilege.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-5-how-to-request-a-cancellation-or-refund\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to\u00a0<strong>noida@gsma.co.in<\/strong>\u00a0with the subject line:\u00a0<strong>\u201cCancellation\/Refund Request \u2013 [Student Name]\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the following details in your email:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Student\u2019s full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parent\/guardian name (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrollment date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for cancellation\/refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will acknowledge your request within\u00a0<strong>48 hours<\/strong>\u00a0and process it as per this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-6-dispute-resolution\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
